For over 20 years, I have held influential leadership positions and managed strategic programmes in the international development sector in Malawi, India, Botswana, and the United Kingdom.
Over Two Decades of Impacting Communities
I have extensive experience in leadership, strategic programme management, and promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) across various sectors and regions. For instance, Botswana was the central hub for disability-related projects that I coordinated regionally in the 16 member countries of the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC).
